I'm very lucky that I have only one small chip. I'm not good enough to tell if it's been repaired.

I'll take it to the experts. The real problem is the rubber seal. It really leaks and will have to be replaced when I paint the truck.

Any ideas on the new seal? I don't know if there's a universal seal. The odds one the original shape availability is slim?

I'll keep you posted.

The glass shop should be able to still order the rubber seal. Just cross your fingers it don't break when they remove it cause replacement windshields are nill unless you find a parts truck or want to pay big bucks.

You can order both rear and front glass gaskets. There is a listing in Ebay for both gaskets.
