well I got the dealer packet for 79 Chevy trucks today and this was the brochure for the dealer option step side sent to the dealers by International... thought it was cool to have proof of the option ZV6

I'm a bit confused by the photos ctman. It looks to me like both trucks have earlier wing window doors. Am I seeing things?

yes they do, my guess is its an early picture say from 76/77 because they have 2 headlights on each side also.. and when i looked at the drawings for the 79 in the packet it had 1 headlight on each side but still has the window vents? makes no sense

A friends younger brother had a yellow one like that. I thought it was a nice little truck. I wasn't too interested in one then. I think it was a automatic, Western Wheel mags, a/c truck too. You know hot old Texas. I had a 64 Impala SS 409 at that time...

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
