I finaly got a chance to get out and do some serious work on my Luv today. :D First thing on my list was to remove the big ass tractor/trailor bumper off the back. Nope! Welded on. 8O Second was to take off the non correct & mangled front bumper. Nope! 8O Welded up solid. :x Apparently they cant get nuts and bolts up in the hills. :? Guess I ll be making some noise with an air chissel tonight. :twisted:

when i first got my luv that back bumper was the first thing i took off. damn mangled thing. i think they look better without one anyways. :)

HEY!!!, it wasn't me man!!! Plus I got my welder on Easter, not Christmas!! :D

did this to my buddies 4x4 ford sunday....thing had a HUGE ASS pipe bumper on the front...and the guy hey got the truck from...lives IN TOWN!! :? ......i swear that thing weighs 150lbs....took 2 of us to carry it

Sounds like my first bumper on my Blazer. It wasn't too large in diameter, but it was schedule 80 pipe. Really thick stuff. It had to go cause I didn't have a welder big enough to attach it properly.
