Ouch!!!!
Last weekend, i was out moving my 80 4x4 Luv. I got the front axle off of it, goin to rebuild it or replace it with a straight axle. So, I had to use a engine hoist to move it around.. Let's just say, soft dirt and unlevel ground don't mix. Got my finger stuck while it was falling.. About 25 sticthes later, My finger is reattached.. My fingernail isn't... My uncle found it while I was at the hospital.. He even kept it to show me after I got back.. Ugghhh!! Well, kinda puts anything i was goin to do off for a couple of months... My brother is calling me 9 3/4 now... almost lost a 1/4 of my finger... Healing pretty good, got some feeling in the tip.. hehe...

That sucks, man. Get better soon, and next time keep your finger out of where your thumb is usually at.

i almost cut my finger off with a saber saw one time. the blade was spinning down and my bone stopped it from going all the way through.

Swelling is way down... Get my sticthes out tomorrow.. not sure if the nail will grow back.. the feeling at the tip is getting better.... so, that is good.. no pain no gain.. hehe... actually it not hurtin just annoying...
