Im glad its up there....the last time we got ice it looked like a war zone with all the trees that fell.
I had to cut mine down because it split the trunk in three places.

Nice pinstripe

We had that crap last Dec. We also had it a year ago this month. Was out in the garage that day working on the Luv when the power went out. Was out for 3 days. Now we got piles of snow.

I was out of power for over 3 weeks....lol

But I have gas, so warm showers were still good and a small fireplace that helped out.
And I picked up my dads old generator and got it working again, so I could keep my deer meat and watch some tv, have one light and even fire up the heater because it runs off gas.

Of course in Oklahoma we have weather that goes cold hot cold hot....until summer, then its just hot hot hot.

And the city STILL hasnt picked up all the dead trees and limbs on the curb!!!!!

Your weather sounds like weather in Iowa. Like the old saying goes here in Iowa. If you don't like the weather, just wait it will change in 5 minutes!!!

we got the same stuff alot worse january of last year, then this year we had tornados come through in january and this now. luckily the Ice last january took out most of the destructive trees so its not as big of a disaster this time.
best part was I was off work both days and school was canceled so the LUV sat there freezing over through both storms this time, never lost power so I sat at home with my girl and my dogs and we just chilled and enjoyed the time together.
