lol since noones is gonna answer you...
you have to have it posted on a host site such as photoisland.com then you right click on your picture and cclick properties copy the address (URL) then go to the forum you want to post in and when you go to send the myssage paste that in your message highlight it and click the Img boutton above your typing space
