Hard to believe it was 70 on Sunday. This is the deepest snowstorm I have ever seen!

Oh yea!! I have shoveled about 5 times so far and that is with lady across the street come by with the snowblower 3 times. I don't know how or why I am going to work tomorrow. Thursday we unload 2 semi trucks and I know they won't be here. They are showing on the news over 100 semi's sitting on I-70 about 20 miles out of town. I am hoping it doesn't melt real fast and flood as I live in the basement!!
As for moving south, no way, I think Colorado has the best all around weather!! By the weekend you won't even know it snowed here (for the mostpart). Last time this happened was in 82 and I wasn't living here then!

Yea, I went there in Sept of 2001 to visit my best friend who moved there and to go to the Truckin Nationals, nice place but too hot for me!! I don't mind the cold, just deep snow!! Good news! I dub my burb out and made it a whole 20 feet!!!! Woo hoo! :roll: The whole neighbourhood is out digging the street out right now, guess I need to get out and help again.

That sucks too, I seen on the news last night, people stranded at DIA were trying to rent cars to go to the Springs to get out of Colorado and they wouldn't let them. The airport did open today so you should be slowing down. I did get to work today and put in a massive 3 hour shift. We can't get trucks in and ours can't get out so all we did was shovel (AGAIN with the shoveling!!! :evil: ).
