Years ago a Japanese auto maker targeted the US market. The company's executives knew there were still Americans who held some animosity towards Japanese manufactures who were around during WWII so they figured a new name for the North American market was in order. They contacted an ad agency for help with a new brand name.
While meeting with the representative from the ad agency, the auto company executive told the ad guy that they were ready to start badging their small trucks for the US market and they needed a new brand name with in a week.











































The ad guy said "Dat soon!!?"

You forgot to mention that it was a German ad agency...
