You can use MS paint and shrink it that way. Open it, click Image... Stretch/Skew and reduce it by whatever % you need.

Go get and install the XP Power Toys Image Resizer tool from Micro$haft...it's free and it puts the option to custom-resize any image in your files on your PC into your right-click menu.

I've been using it for years and it works great.

BTW...check out the rest while you are there...some of them come in real handy at times.

I down loaded the power toys option three times now and i can't get it to work :? so now i am starting to get pi$$ed :x maybe with some help i'll get it whipped yet thanks guys. :wink:
