buncha idiots were dissin imports and braggin bout their chevys.... so i proceded to tell them my chevy LUV was an import... and they are callin me an idiot?..soemone needs to reasearch before they open theys mouths

yeah but you probly should have told em that its a luv. But still they do seem kinda closed minded, probly dont know anything about all the ose mini trucks in the 70s and 80s.

You know, nowadays its all just a fluster anyway. Yeah, its made by an import, but it carries the Chevy name. I'm sure chevy had their requirements. Its a chevy to me. Its one hellofa chevy now!

yeah i dont realy have a prob whith imports, i just dont like "the ricer movement" of all show no go, that kinda makes me scratch my head but alot of those ricer cars do look perty cool.

they already know its a LUV thats why one guy mentioned it being a chevy body on a import frame, becuase i've got that chevette body on it.
I learned italian in 9th grade, thats when i learned to speak it....

i wonder if any of those idiots realize that 90% of the chevy small blocks are produced in mexico. which has less technology than japan.they have alot of other parts made there too. labor is cheaper. so the newer ones are import as well. i think that started in about 89 so there ae alot of mexican chevys out there. later
