I agree nice job. That's what I'm doing with one of mine as well as we speak. It just isn't moving as quick as yours has. But when I have more of what I need and it can move from each stage a little quicker maybe I can put up some pics as well. This has been encouraging to watch...good job and thanks for posting it :)

Kevin, when you cleaned the carpet did you just use a pressure washer? Did you hang it or lay it flat?

Looks incredible :)

I clean carpet by first vaccuming with shop vac. Then use Tuff Stuff upolstery cleaner,(the kind in the pressurized can that foams). I spot spray all major grease stains and scrub with brush. And then spray remaining area with the cleaner and scrub. I then use the hot pressure washer (about 210 degree water) and work from center out to edges, basically boiling dirt and soap out. I just lay carpet on concrete foor at first and then when most dirt is gone, I use a saw horse to lay carpet over and spray from top down until water is clear. It also dries good draped over the saw horse because water will drain off. The brown carpet I had was in fair shape and cleaned up good. The red one in other truck was a much bigger challenge, but it turned out good. I always try to salvage originals because they are molded excactly for the truck.
