ahhhh.. gotcha now man...

Mikado was the one we all know, there was also a Mighty Mike version and a Sport version. A stripe package for the 4x4 too.
Apparently there was a bicentennial edition, the california custom stepsides and another star*** something stepside bed.

can anyone add to that????

the camper shell wouldn't be factory. if by carpet kit, you mean inside the camper shell/bed, that wouldn't be a factory option either. if you have carpet in the cab, cloth door panels and seat, door jamb switches for the dome light (etc, etc) you might have a mikado. The sport stripes had a portion that wrapped around the back side of the bed and it said sport. mighty mike said mighty mike back there also. i am just working from memory here but could pull out the book tomorrow and verify.

sounds like you might have a 4x4 stripe package and perhaps a mikado to boot. does it have emblems on the rear bedsides?

do you have any mikado emblems anywhere (rear quarter panels or glove box)?

sounds odd.. but these trucks have been parts swapped so much over the years. mikado's had dual horns, three spoke steering wheel, cloth interior, kick panels, door operated dome light, emblems. so you might have pieces of the package, but not all... it can be hard to figure out sometimes.
