The wheels start at $12,500, and yes they do stay level and do not rotate so you can read them and see the images change when the car is in motion. We'll probably see an installation on Unique Whips pretty soon.

I think I would have a pic of a hand with the middle finger up...at least for awhile. But 12.5 is a little out of my price range for wheels...
