datsun pickup, long bed.
It has a 455(i think) oldsmobile big block, and they are front wheel drive. he mounted the trans axle and everything in the bed. Totally back heavy. he used a hack corvette suspension. Can pull the front wheels at will.

had the truck, had the olds, put them together. I dont know what i thought of it. i guess it was a cheap build, but there are a lot of flaws to the "combination". Daily driver.

FYI

COOOLLLL :D 8O
me and my buddy had the idea awhile back to do that to a old s-10, he wanted to do it to MY luv tho 8O :fist: him
we was gonna used either a olds tornado or a caddy eng, basicly cut the front off the car and mutate it to the bed of the truck. use a hardshell topper and make a scoop at the top front for the raditor, and mold air vents on the side.
still may do it someday

the one i saw had the original front tires and rims. It looked like a dually axle with only the inside tire and rim on. Big old knob stickin out like a one ton axle-somethin-crap gismo. Like I said, ok if you own the parts, but I wouldnt have paid to build it.

I saw a truck like than in a Mini-Truckin magazine back around 1998. It was a purple Isuzu with an olds 455 in the back and a 30 gallon tank under the hood. 8O
