anyways
go to photobucket.com and set up an account
you can then put pictures from your computer into your account at photobucket
open up LUVtruck on a different screen
go back to photobucket and copy and paste the IMG line for the picture you want to put in the entry box
you can do that for all the pics you want and whola they appear!
just make sure that your pictures aren't gigantic when you send them to photobucket, to check you can open up paint and see how big they appear and then to change the size, look under "image" and then "stretch/skew", save again to your comp, and then put them in photobucket. my pics are always HUGE when they download from my camera to my computer.
for the avatar, do the same thing in paint of the pic you want to use, except under "image" you can choose "attributes" and change the pictures pixel amount (there's a certain limit on luvtruck, I forget what it is) then save that to your comp and then into photobucket. somewhere under changing your user info you can put in an avatar and so just put in the link from photobucket and it should appear.
