Yes.

It's not easy. It requires quite a bit of cooperation from the server your running the site on.

There are several ways to do it. On my sites I have the data save to a database that I look at later. There's also a way to have the site email all the info to you, but I haven't had good success with that method.

I have done all of that. My problem is submitting my uploaded pictures. It always errors out.
