Ok guys, give me some names for my chevette.

The guy I bought the old beat up POS, that I worked many long nights to fix, is complaining that I stole his "name and idea"
and that I do not give him enough credit for his "creation"

We all know I gave credit where it was do. and if he didnt want the name reused it should ahve been removed from the car.

But sicne I'll be attending Lima and Bloomsburg next eyar and he will be too (he was at bloomsburg with Xtreme chevette II runnign tuff truck) I'll just go ahead and re-name the thign so I dont have to be associated with so called creations..................................name away folks

While part of me still thinks this whole idea is sick and wrong ;) I'll try to offer a serious suggestion or two.

LUVin'Vette (say it fast, sorta sounds like Luvin It)

CheLUV? Pronounce it CHA LUV or SHLuv

Maybe simply just LUVit, instead of LUVette?

Just shorten it up to "Vette"

back in high school my friend had a chevette and he used to go around telling all the girls that he drove a vette.

Chet makes me think of Weird Science, wasn't the one guy's brother named Chet?

You could go with ShoVette as in Shove-tte, or "shove it" which is what I'd be telling the original owner about now anyway. ;)

"You two dickweeds couldnt get laid in the morgue"

"He pukes?... you die!"

I don't know, how unsafe is it? The body doesn't weigh all that much on those things does it? Does it have a cage? How safe are any of these "4x4s" that we build? Not that I'm defending the guy in your original beef, I just think the safety thing is a little out of line and unfair. Oh yeah, I say screw him, he sold you the car, you name it what you want (the old name included)...

Just my 2 coppers (used to be anyway)...
