The second trip was a little longer than the first. I pulled up on top of a hill thats about 5 foot high, and almost straight up and down, and took a picture.
I drove on up over the hill and my mom wanted to get it on camcorder so I went and clumb it again and snagged the main leaf spring on a rock and bent it up, we hooked a jeep to it and we straightened the spring back out Then I ran over top of an already crushed car, and headed onto the gas line, I came to a creek crossing I tried to stratle the ruts but slipped in and I got high centered on the front diff, and becuase of the angle of the ruts, and not enough flex I had the left rear off of the ground, and with no locker, I was stuck, It just so happened that 8 guys on 4 wheeler's had a 4 wheeler stuck a little down stream in a swampy area. I walked down and helped them get it out, and then they hooked 2 4wd 4wheelers, with winches to the back of me, and 4 of the guys pushed from the front, and got my diff off of the ground, I backed on up the hill, and it was about 4 oclock now so I headed down to watch my cousins run their pure stocks at the local dirt track. With 3 features left to go ( street stock, pure stock, and 4 cylinder) it started raining, it rained about 10 minutes, and then so they could get the track dry quicker they let people bring their cars out and run the track in, I put the ole chevette in 4hi and was off, The tires built up with red clay really quick, and I couldnt go fast enough becuase it was so slick that I couldnt spin them clean, and couldnt hardly make the turns, a 4x4 wrecker got beside me and we decided to have a little race and goign as fast as we could and still being able to control the vehicles we raced around the track, he won becuase he had duals and better traction, we got it run in, in about 10 minutes and the races were back on.
i'll get the pictures in a few days
