Geez, I thought that was the good part of town. I've been broken into a couple of times and even had one truck taken for a drive a few blocks down the street, but I've come to expect it in my part of town. Seems like your area of Corvallis would be less likely a target, but maybe that is just me being naive.

I've been looking for a place lately too, trying to find some work space without sacrificing living space. If you haven't found something yet, let me know. We might find something that fits your specs or vice versa.

I'm moving to Grand Oaks. I'll find out if the application gets approved on Tuesday. I turned in the 30 day notice on Saturday. They're taking me to the bank on this one. I hope they don't rip me a new one on the move out inspection. I guess we'll see. The tally is at $1300 now though...

Can't you get out of the lease through a loop hole? Aren't they supposed to provide some sort of security? Or is it just F*** you, you're at your own mercy? I'd look for any loop hole at all. check the fine print on your lease contract, you might find a section to work to your advantage. Good look bro.

Man that sucks! I have some big leg traps that i trap cyotes with ...you could put them inside your truck! If its dark, they wouldnt see them untill it was tooooo ..late.. i bet they wouldnt get away.. Geee i bet the enviromentalist love me. Hey what ever works! Good luck on your move.
