well i finally caught up with my buddy today to get some pics of his truck.

its a mid 60s datsun NL320 unibody. hes got the torsions uncranked in the front and 4 inch blocks in the back.

now if this thing wasnt cool enough, when he popped the hood, there was a chevette 1.6L sittin between the frame rails! on top of that he has a split manifold with dual 1.5in straight pipes to the back on it.

hes gonna have it painted in the next few weeks, so ill see if i can get some more pics of it one of these days.

Way cool truck!

I remember those...man was the cabs in those things tiny.

I always wondered what they would run like if someone tricked one out.

Odd that he didn't use a datsun/nissan 2.0 out of a 620 series or something similar though...but it's still a class act for sure.
