Well i ended up with this one and im gonna keep it . It is a 76' Stepside . Set up for a v8 and short shaft 350/400 . 9 inch with 5.00 gear and 31 spline strange s/s axles and spool . I ended up pulling the motor/trans nitrous and electronics out of my fox body and selling it as a roller . I alos bought this one as a roller , so my 385 and a th350 will go in this one . Here it is at the house .

NO...... i didn't give up on it...lol, me and the truck had some good times but i did not want to put a cage in it i just wanted to leave it unmolested,i was getting kicked off the tracks after a nitrous pass so hotrod and i struck a deal. it's got a good home and will bring back some fond memories for some other friend of his, old yeller belongs on the streets unmolested and that's what hotrod intends to do.....I'm trying to work out visitation rights with him.

The new ride looks good! Being a step side bed truck reminds me of some good times. I also wanted to say thanks again for the good deal you made me on the tan truck. I went by the hang out tonight with the tan truck and could not get a race. I was telling everyone I would give them ten and the move but no one wanted to do anything.lol

Looks like it going to be a fun ride :o

What headers are those. I have finderwell headers but would like to go with something like you have so I can put a good set of mufflers on.

They are the Hooker conversion headers . I intend to have the slip fit on the passenger side modified with a flange . I always had an exhaust leak their .
