Are talking about the rubber around the outside edge of the doors? Here we call that door weatherstrip, They are glued on.

Those are held onto the door by internal clips, you can get them off by carefully prying up on them. I can take a picture of the underside of one if you need.

I am in the progress of rebuiding my brakes.I wait for all the wheel cylinders to arrive,i got a new master cylinder and new shoes.
Does anybody knows the bleeding procedure? The master cylinder has 2 reservoirs one for the rear and one for the front.
Do i first bleed the rear and then the fronts?Or it doesn't matter?
I forgot to mention my luv has drums at the front.

Start with the back brake furthest from the reservoir, do the other back brake second, do the front brake furthest from reservoir third, finish up with the last one.

It probably doesn't really matter if you do the back first or second if you have 2 separate reservoirs, that's just a good habit to get into.

I've always bleed the furthest wheel cylinder 1st and work closer when bleeding brakes BUT for some reason the shop manual CONTRADICTS THAT
& tells you the correct sequence of bleeding is to start w/ the nearest to the master cylinder first then the next nearest & so on ....ALSO gives a warning to do so while the engine is running.....Here is a picture from my Series 6 Shop manual.

I've taken a couple off at yards I removed the parts off the dash and slowly pull it away where you can and use a putty knife separating foam from metal dash apart in the all openings, all around slowly working all over till ya get it free

Made a pair of aluminum door panels.
Took the heater core out and send it for repair.

Assuming there are no bizarre differences between the kb and the luv, this article should be helpful. http://www.luvtruck.com/Information/Brake_swap.htm

I can t find any discs from a 2wd to swap my brakes so i was thinking about the 4x4.
Last night i was searching on some very old posts here and a guy here used the brakes from a pup on his luv so i think that is what i am gonna do.
Only difference is that the the mount for the tie rod is a little higher.

I'd get in touch with oldestisuzuist. In my opinion, he is possibly the most knowledgeable person here (and on isuzupup.com) about what crosses over between what we call the "first generation" and "second generation" LUVs.
