I really like the 72 bed style but that puts your tail lights about 8" off the ground so maybe not the safest.
truck looks real good at that height 8)

Also need some opinions.... Keep the 78 bed or swap on my 72 bed!!!

just an old newbie opinion, but the simple answer would seem to be..78,if you ever use the truck to haul stuff with the tailgate down,or, 72 if the gate never goes down while driving...

Ok guys just to clear this up the truck will be bagged and will lay frame. Height of tail lights don't bother me.

I was going to answer that for you but I thought you should get that enjoyment.

A heads up, I bought some parts from RPLuvn and it was a great deal and transaction.

If that is the case 72 all the way it looks better and there are way less of them out there

Been a minute so I better update....

Ripped apart front end suspension and started to hack away at it. Hopefully have front bags installed by next weekend.

if you want to repair the reflectors in the tailgate it not that hard to do remove them from the truck
gently bend the outer ring open on the back side
install reflectors out of a driveway marker from Walmart
bend the ring back in the back
your back with reflectors in the tail gate
