I spy a spark plug, fender shim, u bolt, 9 inch backing plate bolt, and what looks like the top for a butane powered soldering iron in the paint job...

Thanks i wouldnt either . Today was good . I bought a 55k 6.0 from a low mile 2002 van with everything . I also bought a pair of 243 heads ( C5 Z06 ) for $100 each from my machinist with 12,000 miles . So 6.0 , 243 heads , 224r cam and 3200 converter . should make 425 or so we will see .

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

Trans ended up being pretty worn . I looked everything over . Replacing the plastic pistons , all the aluminum bushings . Wide band and new drum , upgraded sun shell . shift kit , servo upgrade . And fresh soft stuff of coarse Should have it back tonight for reinstall . Around the 1K mark , but i am getting to see all the parts go together . I always hate trans work . Leary of people selling stock stuff to you after paying for good parts .

Well got it all in today and running . Converter will go 1800 on the footbrake so 3200 seems correct . It will probably only be 2600-2800 rpm flash in the light under powered truck , but it'll work good good behind the 6.0 later down the road . Trans is solid .
