Since I built my truck over 5 years ago I have a few things I need to upgrade or repair. It is now in my garage on stands torn down.
1. Fuel system. My current system was done to just get it running with the idea I would do it correct soon, I think 5 years is not soon enough. Time to remove all of it and build it correct this time, you know get rid of the rubber lines and hose clamps.
I should have never waited this long.
2. Raise the truck, getting tired of my exhaust system hitting the reflectors in the middle of the road on lane changes.
3. Do the frame cut with curved pipe welded in like Ben's article shows, if time permits have a local shop build a custom set of headers. This place does real nice work here in town.

5. I bought a Toyota Tundra hard bed cover to cut down to fit the bed. Lets hope I actually follow through and get it done this time.
6. I have several gauges that I should install. I am torn about doing this or not as it's just a street truck and never ment to get on the track. My thinking was if the oil light ever came on, get it towed home and build a new engine. I run all of the stock gauges now, I rather run the stock temp gauge then really know how hot it gets.
7. Install the chrome square grill. I sent it out to chrome, they wanted $700 to do it. After I was done shitting myself I took it to 3 other places, they were even higher. I took it apart and was able to polish the main part and had the 4 other parts done for $150.
