Put this together from a scrap hood that I got my hands on. Turned out ok so I decided to go ahead and try it out on the truck. Seems to help to cool the engine compartment down so I'm going to leave it on for now.

Wow, now that I see all the photos in one topic--kinda surprised to see it's sheet metal, not fiberglass. Looks like good work, but now you just need a V8 underneath it. ;)

Yeah, I do have a V8 in it. SBC 350-350 combo. Rear end is a narrowed posi out of a 442.

Ah. If you'll put all that in your sig, it's on each post (see mine for example).

My P'up (like a 2nd-gen LUV) is in the shop for its 30-year overhaul. Meanwhile, I picked up a '94 Amigo that has a limited-slip diff (like a posi rear end). I'm blown away with the difference it makes, even in everyday driving.
