The wife has had enough of the hammering and grinding so I am stopping here for now. It is useable at this point but a bit rough still.

Really, let me have her number so I can set her straight.

Karl, I have enough drama already having 2 full grown daughters and the wife in the house. 8O Lets just say I can't remember that last time I won an argument.

PapaG: The tounge weight is slightly better now with the addition to the front of the bed and its close to neutral right now. It did jump around pretty good when it was empty before.

Pull it and you will know. Putting a spare up there will help if you need more weight. Looked at your pictures again, you can not do that is you want to have both tailgates work. Neat Idea if that is your plan. You could add a little steel underneath the frame where those braces are....

Nice job you are doing.!

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.

Spent some time on the trailer today. I made a roll pan a few weeks ago and got it on an welded up. It was easier to do than I thought so I may do a roll pan for the back too. I rerouted the wiring through the tounge and added some expanded steel to the top of the frame. I decided to join the floors and started the patch panel. It just needs a little more trimming. I did learn my compressor is a pos too. :?
