drummerforhire the offset of the wheel makes it clear the inside frame . you mite have more room to the out side with the stepside , id do some measureing between the flleetside and stepside from frame to the lip on the bed .

The stepside box hangs over the frame a little. I might be able to fit 255s if the offset is perfect.

How did you find those wheels with the 5.25 offset? I've looked all over summit and I only see the 15x8s with a 4.25 offset.

we called Summit racing and had them made . they well make just about any width and offset that you need . the tire is half the eqaution . we picked these tires because they had all the right numbers [ rollout , width and the side wall flex ] . we found that the width of the rim is real important to how the tire flexs side to side . we just got back from the car show had alot of fun .

Man, that is fantastic information. Thank you so much! I didn't know they'd make them custom like that. I know exactly what to do now. Thank you again.

Are those factory LUV discs? If not what brand are they? If original factory discs, how well do they stop with the added weight of the v-6? and I'm curious about weight difference between factory LUV and your custom truck. Factory weight being just over 24xx pounds what was the final weight after customizing?

My truck like many here with small blocks have no problem stopping with the stock front brakes.
