No mine is 3.75" x 4.040" . SRP/je pro series , Crower rods and Eagle lighweight 4340 forged crank . All wrapped in a 92 1 ton 4 bolt block .

Next one i do i'll just buy a block since i paid for everything to build a 434 or 454 and only ended up with a 383 .

yea good point...a good combo we have found with a stock block 400 is the 421"...they are complete animal motors in the 4000-7500 range....splayed maincaps and a bit of grout and twist in the 8200-8400 range on a normal basis...crazy

There is a ton of info on these things . Also a ton of been ther , done that . I got it out and made my first passes last sunday . It went 7.50 off the trailer . Coil wires from the MSD box got pinched under the seat bracket and shut down my day . This was on motor with 1.76 glide and a 3.55 on a 275/60 . I got the electrical fixed and im doing a gear change this week . Trying to get it to run 7.0 on motor for next weekend .

Have not scaled it yet , but the car weighrd 3180 with driver in twin turbo SBF set up . I am ttrying to stay under 3200 and would really like to be 3100 with me in it . The car still has heater core and A/C , minus the under hood stuff . Power windows , locks , mirrors , tilt , Stereo etc. With the 3.55 in the rear it drives nice and i've even had it out on the freeway breaking the motor in .

Yea I bet...what gear you going to? If your are going to index I guess no nitrous?...Mine ran the best with a 4.33 n/a but the bottle likes the taller gears..I have tried them all and my next set will be 2.73s on a 250shot...I have a turd motor so its done at 6k you might be able to pull a few more rpms... I am addicted to nitrous hands down bang for the buck. My 7.3L is already sniffing propane I would LOVE to see it on the bottle...but no2 is getting $ around here and I am to old and dont have the time to screw with FI and forced induction
