Getting a little spray can happy are we  . the gate looks cool. but I dont really care for the bumper. I would just buy another one thats still haves good chrome on it. use the bedliner stuff then the can for the bed. its not that much. at autozone they have that spray ready paint system, just pour it in to the gun and shoot. 20$ for a spray gun at harbor frieght. just to give it some color then just black. as far as that undercoat stuff, its not the best stuff but its cheaper and will do the job. just prep the area good so it will have something to grab and stick. but spray away to your hearts content if you want to do it that way, nothing wrong with that. just have fun and be creative :D

If you can afford it, for the underside I'd clean it all up really good, Rust-Bullet everything, then paint it black. As far as bedliners go, I wouldn't use the spray-bomb bedliners. Herculiner isn't bad if you prep it correctly, but the best DIY stuff I've seen is Durabak. You can order it online. Comes in a ton of colors too. Remember, the most important part of any bedliner install is prep work. I don't care if your the greatest in the world with a spray gun, if you don't prep correctly, it's going to peel, BAD.

Doing a great job so far. You're putting in alot of work into this project. Definitely DO THE PREP WORK. BED LINERS.....I haven't used the Orielly's brand of bed liner but I have a couple of friends that have and they like it.

Yeah i dont know about the painted bumper...it looks better than it did but i still dono....maybe i will build a light weight pipe bumper like the jeeps have....

The bed liner i dont know what i am doing...All i am going to do is sand it down a little use the presure washer to clean the dust out from sanding then let it dry for a day or so and spray it....

i think ima do the floor pans just to make it look a little better i plan on using for on and off road so i dont want it to be super clean looking....i am kinda going spray happy lmao!i was praing everything i got my hands on....

atleast i got a radio in it now lmaothese trucks only came with one speaker on the dash i think? not sure but thats the only spot i could find one.....

well that is lame but i have an idea from some pics i have been seeing on here. i seen a guy cut his door panel and put a speaker in there so since i am going o take my door panels off ima replace them with diamond plate! and cut a hole in it and mount speakers in the door lol it will look pretty cool easy to clean wont tear or rip!
