If you plan on runnin 20's i would recommend havin your rear end shortened. I put 20's on the rear of mine and the tires would hit the bed bodyline, and my tires are 225/30/20(2nd smallest 20" tire), I'm also runnin a s10 rear.

oh yeah we figureed it hittin cause its hittin witth the rims athat are on it now...but talked to my buddy at the rims shop and sed that i could get away with running a flat face 20 so it wouldnt it..and if i tried to shorten it it it would have to shorten from the out side...(or is that where they normally shorten it from) cant really take none out from the diff side everything is welded in...and bud i kno you can run the 2500 in front and prolly woulda been an easier way to go but...i always heard if you were runnin like a v8 that you needed to run a big bag to keep the psi low and im runnin a v6 so i figured the 2600lbs would work and not be strainin to lift

Where the bedside was stamped out, my tire is just hittin the top. Your prob gonna have a pretty big fwd offset for the wheels, so they still wont hit, gonna be close!

You know laying frame isn't my style but i do appreciate good work and class and you guys seem to have it covered.
Keep up the good work as i LUV to see talent used and not wasted.

Not everybody has talent to do this kind of work so in must be replaced with hard work and LUV and some guys here impress me with there work and creativity.

I am not easy to impress so keep up the good work on you projects and for sharing your work and ideas for those that have a hard time finding the direction they wish to go.

I just LUV this site for the help that the people here share. Hats off to you guys.

All car/truck people are crazy but that's what separates us from couch potatoes and if being creative and independent makes us crazy then so be it as i am not a follower and most times not a leader (my choice) but an individual that likes to take a different path.

The fact that there are so many people building our 30 + year old trucks says i don't walk alone.

If I may ask how did you get an extra 4 inches of drop in the front with the crossmember under the motor?
