got some more work done but dont have any pics yet but i will. im going to z the front but im not shure of the best way to do it. should i just cut the frame at the fire wall then notch the core support or cut and section the frame witch would be the easiest.

i hope you are not finished with the rear suspension. the way the upper link bars mount to the frame wont work too well. those little pieces of square tube will tear off. it would be wise to plate the frame with 1/4 inch plate before those pieces of tube are there to stay. and then put a gusset under them, or run a piece of tube all the way accross the frame..i did my toyota similar to what you did and the square tube ripped right off. it actualy tore a hole in the frame.

mine is Z'd like 4 inches in front of the firewall. it is Z'd 1.5 inches. and i didnt cut the front of the frame. on the core support i took out a 1.5 inch section 1 inch above where itmounts to the frame. there is a piece that runs under the radiator that i cut out first

the back is not done yet as a matter of fact the back is getting re done im just going to back half the truck
