I really like how that is coming out, and makes me want to do it to mine. However I am not building mine for speed and trying to keep it as light as possible so I might just play around with some sheet metal and paint the whole thing to match the truck.

Thanks for the pics mytmouz. Looks good. I was thinking about doing my the same way you did yours or the way I am doing mine. The guy helping me decided to do it the way we are as he use to work on the Nascar truck series and that is the way they do it on those i guess. Sorry for the delay in reponse, didn't notice the pics until today. Must have been a sleep when I did the last post!!!!!

looks awsome man my dads budy has a cali edition he took aluminum and roled flames into it that made his stiff as hell so that it didnt sag or flap in the wind the inside of his bed is like yours

Thanks. I wanted to bead roll Wild Luv on to my cover but the guy who was suppose to help me, screwed me over again!!! :twisted: So I ran out of time, so I just had to slap it on to get the truck to the track 2 weeks after I wanted to go.

That does suck. I should have learned my lesson 2 years ago when he was suppose to help my with the interior of my truck. He kept putting me off and finally over a month later I decided to do it myself. I was really pissed off over that deal. I even consider this guy a good friend. He is a very talented race car fabricator and an awesome welder. But not a very good business man. I have another friend that does that same thing but he got flooded out last summer and is looking for a building to work out of.

if i lived close and had the equipment i can fab almost anything i used to work at hoffman frame for the dirt/asphalt cars not the bikes
