so i am beginning a new luv project. It will be built by BBT Fabrications in Champaign, IL
we are lookin at building a frame to accommodate a stock floor body drop
plans include a bored and stroked twin turbo 4.3 and t-56 six speed modified mustang II front suspension with power steering and sway bar, currie enterprises ford 9+ rear end with 3.96 auburn gears, a canteliever rear suspension
slam specialties air bags on all four corners a full custom leather and suede interior lots of custom sheetmetal and a custom mixed black pearl paint.....this thread will follow the buildup of this truck but wont see much for a while, except for a few renderings and pics of new parts bought...... as BBT is booked until spring...... I only start this now because today I finally confirmed my spot in line at BBT, and sent them the deposit.... so comment and let me know what you think...

I re-did everything because the first time I wasn't happy, lol I'm gonna changed up some minor things yet, but I'm happy w/it, and that is all that matters to me!

I have decided that instead of running the twin turbo 4.3 I will run the LS2 6.0 and still use the T56 it weighs the same and will get better gas mileage with relatively high HP and Torque numbers. It's also a little more than ten thousand dollars cheaper!!! Plus I have never seen an LS2 in a LUV, and I think it'll look badass.I'm going to take the coil covers and fill in the "Corvette" logo and airbrush some sort of stylized LUV logo on them.

also a lot of people are looking for the peace behind the slim bumper so for a sweet look you can take your front bumper off just an idea
