got the radiator.. cut out some of my core support for it..thats where i would like it to sit.. but will have to be quite a bit further away from engine so i can fit my hoses, air intake, and fans...

next i need to find the tightest 90 degree bend.. im guessing 3.5-4" pipe.. then figure out my hoses if my damn water neck ever shows up..

Thanks for the info . They also make one for a standard SBC at the same price . My Griffen had epoxy where the core met the tanks . Welded could be repaired or modified if needed .

Yeah it looks like a nice radiator especially for the price. Once I got tuis cobra head elbow for my air intake and fans, I'll get the radiator mounted.

WOW! Nice build! Can't wait to see videos of it rollin'! I wish I had the fabrication skills you have! I want my '75 to look like your truck. The stance is killer.
You're going to hate me but I have a ton of questions for you...
What's that mig welder you use? Do you use is it both on the body work and the frame work? What wire size? Settings?
Where do you get your steel?
What job do you and your dad do that taught you how to fab like that and make custom parts like the hubs, engine mount and all that other awesome stuff?
I wish I lived near you to just follow you around and learn all the cool stuff you do on your truck!

thanks man.

we use an old century welder. same welder for body work and frame.. IIRC wire size is .023.. heat/wire speed.. varies on what im doing.
tubing from standard steel in texas city.
i work on torque wrenches, air/electric hydraulic pumps etc.. dad is a machinist. dad has been working on cars his whole life, and ive learned alot from him and from reading articles/forums on the internet. buy books and read them.. i dont know alot IMO. cant wait till i have built a full chassis/my own suspension for the truck..

What did you use to make such clean cuts on the LUV's fenders? And cut outs in the bed?

What I really meant was the front wheel wells to the fire wall, what he used to cut them out. And the wheel wells of the bed. Sorry for the confusion.
