second we made spots for the exhaust to go under the first crossmember and over the second crossmember

the parking brake the luv has is not goning to work for this build . So seeings as the dash is a chevelle dash we went with the chevelle parking brake . it is mounted in the stock location as a chevelle [ with little mods ] oops lost the pic of that well take another .
we put a pipe through the frame for the cable to go through and relocated the stock cable mounts for the cable off the rear end .

well its all done the frame is at the powder coaters . time to get the race cars ready .

Now that is a sprint car. I hve ran 360's with Ventura and 410 USAC cra series. My friend and team mate ran wings years ago, ever herd of Tom Stansberry?

yes i have . my driver and best friend is billy nutter , we have been doing this for about 22 years and still having fun. last year was the first time without wings and 1st race started 12 and finished 2nd , 2nd race started 16 went right to the leed and then brock the rearend , third race id like to forget about it , wasnt good the driver ,the motor , rearend and streering box was about all that was usable . looking forword to a few more of the nowing races this year.

got the cab back and it looks great . the dash top and fire wall turn out better than i hoped .

doing the last of the dash insert and then the insert and the glove box cover are the last of the painted parts . next week sometime ill get the frame back from the powder coaters . comments are welcome . thanks and have a good weekend .
