This would have been MUCH easier and turn out better had the windshield been removed. There are a few spots I don't like, but for now I think it's great. Got a few crinkles (don't do wrinkles) on each end at the doors and A tear in the middle by the radio. I am looking for my heat gun to stretch the fabric and push it down around the instrument console hole. When I recover it long after I rebuild my '53 Ford F100, I will re-foam the entire dash as you can see slight bumps where the new foam meets up with the original dash parts and I learned quite a bit for my first time.

Looks real nice in the pics. Holy smokes you should see the one in my '79, cracked to hell and curled up like a bowl. That would be a major upgrade for mine.

It still needs to be cleaned of the contact cement, but here it is. The aluminum rings on the dash cluster are my defroster vents. The cluster can be removed by removing two screws from inside the radio spot. Well guess I need to put the steering wheel in and go to my VA appointment. Will post the grill when I get back.
