I did a little slickrock exploring a couple days before I left home, got a chance to test out the flex of the Rezluv, don't have any pics but it was pretty fun.

i've taken my old pup up some crazy stuff. i live right in the middle of the rockys and we have some sick 4x4 trails. I got the pup up this road that my dads blazer coulnt get up  but all the 4x4 exploring has taken its toll on her suspention. everything squeeks now. its so funny.

here is my old pup (bro's now). its in good hands and i still drive it :D . He still takes it 4x4 like I use to. in fact i just fixed his flat from a wood splinter from 4x4 in the woods. kinda funny to have a flat, i never had a flat with those coopers :D

but i traded it for this

and got adicted to VW's and bought this

kinda the story of the pup.

Mud is SOOOOOOOO much fun. I do mud bogging and tough trucks with my luv and can't get enough. I even bought a sand rail and took off the paddle and slicks and put on swampers. it is a blast for the barrel racing in the mud. I am going to buy some land so I can put in a full corse to play on any time I want. Here are a few place I go for fun. :D

Might want to replace all of the rubber bushings with ones made from poly, Daystar sells a kit for the Luv on their website

http://www.daystarproducts.com/

that will get ride of a lot of the squeak

edit: They used to any way, I'm going to check another site out to see if they still have them.

http://www.independent4x.com has poly bushings for the rear springs and shackles. The ones I got for my 86 Trooper fit in the springs out of my 77 LUV.

I have not found sway bar bushings other than for the end links, generic poly end link kits should work there.

Squeaks in the front often seem to come from the ball joints. Shoot some grease in them and see if that quiets things down.

You could take a can of WD-40 and spray different parts until you hit on what it making the noise. The ball joints are covered so you can't usually WD them into silence, but the rest of the joints you should be able to get enough to quiet or change the noise and track it down. Rear spring packs themselves can make some noise, I actually hit mine every once in a while with some oil if I happen to think about it. Chainsaw bar oil seems to work well, and I seem to remember to do it when I'm out cutting wood somewhere. :)

Chavy,,, When you do stuff like that you HAVE to GET PHOTOS of it!!!! Don't just tease us like that. :D

BTW, your family has a ranch? It's not in Fairfield though , right? Where is it? I'm jealous. That would be awesome!

Is it a working ranch or for fun ranch?
If it's working, what do you grow/raise?
