how did you lift your truck? I have 2 80 Luvs and would like to lift both of them.

Opps, looks like I created a new post instead of responding to the Poll on body lifts.
I bought the body lift kit off a company that posts in JCwhitney. I would suggest the 2 inch lift, as 3 inches requires brackets that must be welded.
The only mods that gave me some greif: I had to cut a hole above the where the stock steering column goes, and one of my brakelines I had to replace as it was not long enough to get to one of the front brakes. Though I'm wondering if this is the case because mines a 4x4. I just used a floor jack and some blocks of wood to first raise the bed one side at time, then do the cab.

Accually No they don't, at least on my 80 only one set had to be welded, the other I bolted in, I just drilled some 1/2" holes in them so that they would bolt to the frame.

Those of you that have a 2 inch body lift, what's the largest size tire you can put on there? Meaning at what size will work with the fenders, before you have to modify them. 8)
