Body lift is pretty much it, there are no kits for suspension lift available. You can use an add-a-leaf, re-arch the springs, or use shackles to lift the back end. In the front, you just crank the torsion bars, but that is limited to about 3 inches of lift. There is a good howto on that over at http://www.planetisuzoo.com and the luv is virtually identical.

For shackles or other rear suspension options look in the isuzu section over at http://www.independent4x.com. You can email or call Matt there and tell him what you are working on, he should be able to get you parts that will fit.

If you want more than 3-4 inches of lift in the suspension you would need to swap to a solid axle in the front, or cut and reweld the frame.

Does anybody have a breakdown picture of the luv steering column. I have a 76 and the gut I got it from did a 2 inch body lift left the column unbolted and the column tube is bent where the shaft comes out. I want to see if there is a lower bearing in the column mine only has a bearing on the top?? -Brian
