no my truck is perty far from stock. I dont have a big lift or anything (2" in the rear and 1.5" in front) and im just running 215/75r15s. Where i took all my time is the engine, it perty much hauls @$$ :lol: 8)

Sweeeeeettt !!!!!!! I was just wondering because in the pics it looks like your truck has alot of suspention travel. makes me want to buy a 4x4 so i can burn up the trails. nice truck :smt023

all i did for suspension is pull the sway bar and chop off my bump-stops. I have probly close to 10" in the back and about 8" in the front. Its perty flexy 8)

this is my LUV in the Dunes near Houser Oregon, my truck does very well ( i do take it easy on er ) 1980 4x4 Chev Luv Mikado custom fltbd.by the way fltbd is easy design i know some are interested in the flatbed design if so e- mail me @ chevy11950@aol.com!!

yeah i run as the gear mule whith a group of trooper guys. We get perty serious at times, i have had to use all 60" of my highlift more than once. I have also broken 2 come-alongs and a 30K tow strap :lol:

I will get more pics down the road. I have an 80 Luv 4x4. I put the same size tires as MEPR has his luv. Mine has a 5spd tranny out of a trooper.
I think it'd be cool if the come out with a Posi Kit for the Luv rear-end. =-)

They did, but they don't make it any more. you might still be able to get an Aussie locker for it.

215x75r15's seem to be the tire of choice for us 4x4 guys, I'm running them, but in the BFG A/T KO flavor :twisted:
