use the "search" function on this site, it gives many options on home-made lift kits. The only one i found specifically for the luv was on E-bay. I ordered it, and turned out it was a generic looking kit with low grade bolts and no bumper brackets to raise the bumpers 3 inches. :( The brand was Rough Country. Later on, i took the bed off to re-do the exhaust, fuel and brake lines. It's only 10 bolts to take the bed off, and only 6 bolts holding the cab to the frame. I ended up using an old set of deep impact sockets as spacers. Bought new grade 8 hardware and torqued the hell out of it. Viol'a, a 3 inch body lift

Oh, come on. It's not like i used tiny sockets and had to stack them on a bolt and tighten them. The smallest socket was a 32mm and the largest was a 40mm. Naturally, all the sockets are 3 inches long and you can run a 7/16 bolt through it. It looks like the cheesy plastic lift blocks that come in a kit, only alot more durable. And to be perfectly honest, i did use a hockey puck in place of the steering coupling disc to compensate for the extra diffence in length. I haven't found any use for 2x4's yet, but there's always tomorrow.

If anyone can find a bodylift that includes bumper brackets, please let us know.

No body has answered crhurd's original post yet. Luvrv8 chimed in with sarcasm, but if you can find a brand specific lift kit please let us know. And awesomedude, can you modify those pressure treated blocks to be a bumper lift bracket? I'd definitely buy them from you. :D

I was browsing suspension parts on the Oreilly parts website because I have my engine out and was wondering if this kit would correct a very squeaky ride or would I need to replace other stuff too?

Anyway I did find this body lift kit that does come with the bumper brackets. There's two, one is 2" and the other is a 3" lift.

Performance Accessories Part # : 1012 for the 2"

Performance Accessories Part # : 1013 for the 3"

They want you to call for availability and pricing, which I haven't done.

Unfortunately, Oreilly's can no longer get these. At least up here in the north. :x

I finally got around to calling them myself and they "are not available at this time" in California either. I'm going to try contacting Performance Accessories directly.
