I need to replace my tranny, i can only find a 1981 and 82. Will one of these bolt up to my stock engine?

If somebody says "Yes", make sure the transmissions have the starter bulge on the passenger's side. I can't tell you for sure it fits (I suspect it does). But if the '81 and '82 transmissions happen to be from diesels, I can definitely say "NO" it won't fit. If the starter bulge is on the pax side, they're from gas-powered LUVs. If it's on the driver's side (assuming you're in the U.S.), they're from diesels and won't bolt up.
