I think you may find that the stock Toy springs are too long unless you extend the frame a bit to attach the front spring mounts. You need to center the wheel/axle in the fender opening or better yet just slightly forwards of centered (more clearance towards the front & easier to trim the fender if needed) and let that determine where you attach the springs to the frame. On a LUV the logical place to attach the rear of the spring is right where the frame stops being parallel & turns in & up. You may have to get custom springs made, on my truck from the axle back is a somewhat longer than the front part, similar to some early Jeeps.
