Does anyone know of a good/cheap mud tire in a 14". The swamper is nice but TOO EXPENSIVE! If anyone has them used in Oklahoma I check'em out. Thanks Lee

theres not very much.
the ones i see are just a M\S tire.
LT27+8.50+R14 is one of very few sizes that LT, M\S tires are made for 14" rims
there are some 14" tires that have a rating of P, but there a H\D P tire, you can save 5.00 to 35.00 bucks a tire or so.
but there not ment for all rock roads, just a long rock drive way.
or some on road, bad weather.

Get 15's and you're gonna find that a LOT more options will open up and a LOT more CHEAPER tires also, and that TSL swampers in a 15 are NOT expensive compared to the competition...

If you have to keep the 14"s I would look at the Firestone Winterforce Tires they have very good mud slinging abilities. And are rather cheap too.

I use them on my 4x4 81 though I am running 15"s at the moment. I did use them on my 14"s and was able to handle just about anything that a LUV should be asked to tackle.
