Righty Raise, Lefty Lower or in other words Clockwise raise, counter clockwise lower.
Make sure you put something solid under the frame of the truck near the front while you are doing this though. If the adjuster bolt breaks off while you are turning it, the truck will slam down and you don't want to be caught under it. You want something under there besides you to catch the truck if it decides to become a lowrider.
