honestly these things are alot of trial and error. Just get the axle bolted to the springs, roll it under the truck and move it around untill it looks right...

I can write more later, but algin the axle to the rear axle, measure from corner to corner etc. There is no trial and error... Do it right, put it under, measure measure measure. Buy a degree finder (angle-o-meter as i like to call it :D ) your pinion angle on the front is not nearly as important as your caster angle(angle that the knuckles/"C's",ride at). What axle are you running? that will determine what angle you need to run, otherwise if you want to really mess with the pinion angle it requires a cut and turn of the knuckles. If you want it centered or pushed further forward in the wheel wells look into different springs with the spring pin offset further forward OR I have seen people "cheat" and drill a hole about 1" back on the spring perches to push the axle farther forward for better approach angles.

Hope that helps some. PM if you have anymore questions!

I see you're in vancouver, if you ever get to the seattle area, I have to terittory up here that is begging for some wheeling (reiter trails)

I am not trying to send you somewhere else, but you may want to check out http://www.pirate4x4.com/ too. Not as much Luv Truck only, but a ton of SAS

Grandmaster of the "Shade Tree" way.. I can't see the yard for all the cars. Come on down and we will sit on the porch and watch the grass grow.
