hi all i have a 81 luv 4x4 and the front end makes noise as i ride down the road . metal to metal sound only in 2wd hubs unlocked . i have raised the truck before and spun the wheels .the right side wheels spins with the wheel but the left wheel spins freely and the axle doesnt rotate at all. the front end is ifs and it is a gas engine 1.8l if you have any ideas please let me know :?:

mine done the same thing I took the hud locker off and filled it with grease and it stoped making the noise

Probably one hub stuck in. Best advice: take it apart, check for wear replace parts (if necessary), clean it, grease it, put it back on. If that don't work, I don't know.
