i have a 1980 chevy luv 4x4 and i had a loss of power and fuel ecomomy. but i had 150lbs of comperssion in all cylinders. i found that my valve seals were leaking on 3 of my cylinders. i got a head form my friend and had my local machine shop surface and pressure test it, i had to have one valve ground but other than that it was a good haed. i went to put it on and after i bolted the head down then put the cam in, and tightened down the rockers, set the timing. but it wouldn't fire. i checked my compression and the results were as follows 60psi, 140psi, 100psi, and 170psi. what should i do next to get it to fire? i have spark, and fuel but not starting.

Do you continue to get fuel?
Also check your vacuum system, mine (1980 LUV) ran like crap because of a vacuum problem.
