WHAT are you trying to say??????

Did you raise the torsion bars or not????
Did you cut the fenders or not????
What is the offset of the rims????
What are the width of the rims????

All of these questions need answered for anyone to answer your questions.

Does it rub when turning sharp?
Does it rub when going straight and hitting a bump?

From looking at your pic i think your offset is all wrong, i had the same problem when i fitted 15s. You need rims with more back spacing, also crank your torsion bars till the top control arm hits the bump stops.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that the main problem in this situation is in the fact that at Chavy's place the proverbial porch light is on but nobody appears to be home.

I think he meant the rim center needs to be farther outboard to shift the wheel/tire in & not sticking out so much beyond the wheel arch.
(the "Tonka Truck" look)
We used to put rear wheel drive offset wheels(deep dish) on FWD(deep backspace) cars for customers that insisted on that look.
We'd advise them not to & make them sign a waiver of liability but that's what they wanted on their green & orange Buicks.
